December 2011 It's been a while since I've updated the site and will be doing changes this month. We'll be putting selected suits on a close out page to help clear out the last few items of the original swimwear purchases and concentrate on the popular styles and a new "Juniors" page, likely in Jan 2012.

Suit Definitions:

"Brazilian" means a moderate cut that covers about 70% of your butt, i.e., Indigo

"Rio" is a skimpier cut in the rear that covers about 40% of your bottom, i.e., Asia Minor

"Thong" means a thin strap going between your butt cheeks with no coverage for a maximum tan, i.e., Cancun

"One-Piece" is a simply a single suit that cover the breast and buttocks in one garment, i.e., Dayla

Note: One Pieces can come in various styles and rear end coverage suitable for different areas.

Product and Privacy Policy:

This webstore does not collect personal information for reselling to list companies. Customers who wish to order click on a button that takes them to a SSL secured cart website. Limited Return / Exchange: Due to the nature of the intimate apparel of swimwear or lingerie we can not resell returned worn merchandise. Each swimsuit will be sold with a hygienic liner pad. If for some reason the suit doesn't fit we will accept an exchange only if the suit is returned in original condition with an intact hygienic liner. We feel that our customers would not want to purchase merchandise that has been returned.( In other words...worn by somebody else ) Please call or email for size questions before ordering.

Exchanges for Defective Items: are only granted if the product is proven defective. If you receive a item that has a manufactures defect, we will replace it with the same size and style or other item (same size) of equal value if we are out of stock on the original item. A good point to remember: if you have worn the suit without the protective hygienic liner it cannot be returned. Oils and lotions and swimwear abuse are not considered a manufactures defect.

Return / Exchange / Defects for DVD items: Ordering an incorrect DVD media format is not grounds for a return or credit. Exchanges / Defects: will be for same product only. Original product must be shipped back at customers expense before appropriate action is taken, please call or email before sending item back. Customers have 30 days from order date to issue a inquiry about their product status. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. All products are shipped with insurance or delivery confirmation to avoid bogus chargeback's and reduce stolen items.

Shipping rates are a either flat rate or based on order total and is displayed on the shopping cart check out pages. Please provide accurate information when ordering as dayla bay will not be held responsible for incorrect account information that results in a lost or stolen package. Please be proactive, if you haven't received your order in over 2-3 weeks time, please call or email as I will always talk to my customers and try to resolve the issue. How to Buy a item using the online shopping cart:

Actually, we do get email on this topic. One goal of creating a website is making it easy and simple to use! Sometimes making things simple to use is actually harder than complicated! Anyway...

Each page has a text links menu bar to swimwear styles and other items available off the website. Once you find something you like, there will be a gray order button in the box that describes the suit or DVD with a drop down box for multiple choices...ie, size, color. One click will take you to our online SSL secured shopping cart where you can finish your order.

The Swimwear pages display a main picture of the suit and some sample images of the suit during our modeling shoot. Underneath the description box there is another box with a center Gray order button with "Buy this suit" or similar.

After clicking that button, a secured shopping cart page will open and display the item you just ordered and ask you to complete the order, which then is a standard online cart and you just follow the provided steps to finish inputting your info.

Dayla Bay Swimwear was created by an part time photographer who has worked with local swimwear and bikini contest models since 1993, mainly for "private studio work". All the models were paid to wear swimwear, bikinis and other outfits and have signed modeling releases. We did this from 1993 to mid 1998. The modeling videos/DVD's created from these early shoots were marketed to stores, distributors and then sold world wide through the internet. After a period where we didn't shoot any models at all, we resumed in 2003 shooting teen models exclusively for high quality DVD productions.

Over the past few years however, model prospects have stated they would like to be part of something bigger, not just modeling outfits for a independent photographer. I have been working with some younger girls recently and finding great looking modern styled bikinis and one pieces for their smaller sizes is near impossible! There are so many suits out there marketed to the young girls that are just plain ugly! Or look like a retro style from 1950.

So in March of 2008 I decided to just go and do it! I started inquiring about buying swimwear from sites that would wholesale their line as a "private label brand" and that's how we started! I also bought a bunch of "name brand" swimwear that was available in shops and we are reselling those styles without the daylabay label.

I was extremely lucky to find a vendor here in Florida that was willing to share her existing custom swimwear styles as well as to create special sizing patterns and additional styles. And what's really great is she likes similar styles I do!

These newer styles have the daylabayswimwear brand label and we were awarded a trademark in November 2008. However , about the same time the USA and World went into a global recession and high end swimwear sales tanked. This site was no exception, the swimwear sales leave a lot to be desired. I have no answer, I have spent money on search engine placement and redone the site to capture rankings. As of 2011 the site is used mainly now to recruit models for the DVD's which feature Dayla Bay Swimwear and other themes. Our swimwear vendor can usually make up almost anything for a shoot given some lead time. In 2012 I hope to arrange for a shoot location and hire some local girls to model.
